Basic safety instructions
Planners, system installers and operators
are responsible for ensuring that the
appliance is properly installed and correctly
operated.
-Only use GUTMANN products that are in
technically perfect condition.
-When you receive the product, check it for
any obvious defects such as cracks,
damage or missing parts.
-Only use the product in the power range
specified.
-Protection against accidental contact,
accidental suction of foreign objects as
well as safety clearances must be
implemented in accordance with DIN EN
294 and DIN 24167-1.
-Safety components must neither be
bypassed nor deactivated.
-This appliance must not be used by
persons (incl. children) with impaired
physical or mental capabilities or
persons who lack experience and/or
knowledge of how to use it.
-Keep children away from the device.
Intended use
GUTMANN ventilation appliances are a
single component under the terms of the
EU Machinery Directive 2006/42EC. The
appliance is designed exclusively for
installation in a ventilating system or for
combination with other components to
create a system. The appliance may only
be operated if the system for which it is
designed fully
requirements of the EU Machinery Directive.
GUTMANN ventilation appliances are used
for the extraction of:
-clean, dry air (no condensation) as well as
non-aggressive gases with a max.
density of 1.3 Kg/m³.
-Temperature of extracted media and
ambient temperature as well as humidity
range as per tech. data.
