Troubleshooting - Klarstein Skypillar Mode D'emploi

Humidification/cooling button: Pressing this button starts the function. If you
add ice, the temperature will be lowered even faster. Press the button again to
cancel the function.
Note: Never use this function when the water tank is empty or the water level
is below the minimum mark.
Timer: The timer cycle is: 2 hours - 4 hours - 8 hours - 12 hours. The maximum
timer setting is 12 hours. Press the button again to cancel the function.
Otherwise, the appliance will automatically switch off when the set time has
elapsed.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Problem
The device is not running.
Air humidification does not
work / The pump makes
strange noises.
Possible cause
The plug has not been
plugged in correctly.
The nebuliser unit has not
been installed correctly.
The unit is switched off.
The wiring in the unit has
come loose.
No water in the water tank
or the water level is below
the MIN mark.
The filter sieve of the
submersible pump is
blocked.
The water outlet hole of the
nebuliser unit is blocked.
The pump or the wiring in
the unit has come loose.
Suggested solution
Insert the plug firmly into
the socket.
Install the nebuliser unit
correctly.
Switch on the unit.
Contact a specialist
company for repair.
Switch off the unit and fill
the water tank with water.
Clean the filter sieve.
Clean the nebuliser unit.
