Seated single leg hamstring stretch
(see Fig. G):
S it on a yoga mat.
T uck the right heel into the left leg. Extend your
left leg forward. Do not lock your leg.
P lace the product in front of the left leg and
grab it with both hands.
K eep your head in extension of your spine and
your shoulders down.
H old this pose for a moment.
P erform three sets of 10–15 reps of this pose,
then switch sides.
Twisted triangle pose (see Fig. H):
T ake a walking stance. Place the product next
to your left, front foot. Keep your toes facing
forward.
L ean your upper body forward and place your
right hand on the product.
E xtend your left arm upward. The two arms
form a line. Look to the side.
H old this pose for a moment.
P erform three sets of 10–15 reps of this pose,
then switch sides.
Cleaning and care
U se a dry fluff-free cloth when you are cleaning
or polishing the product.
R emove any stubborn dirt using a moist cloth.
Disposal
The packaging is made entirely of recyclable mate-
rials, which you may dispose of at local recycling
facilities.
