Handlebar adjustment

Now, the NH1 must be adjusted to your height. Please read the following steps carefully and take sufficient time to
complete the settings. Always test out different settings, complete test runs and make comparisons before settling
on a final position. If you cannot decide between two settings, please always choose the lower of the two.
Ensuring the machine is perfectly adjusted to meet your needs is essential to ensure you can use it ergonomically.
First, open the top quick release between the T-hand-
lebar unit and quill.
The height markings serve as a reference (right scale
= height in cm / left scale = height in feet). Select the
handlebar height appropriate for your own height, en-
suring that the spherical head engages in the correct
positioning hole.

There are four different positioning holes on the quill.
Press the spherical head to release the T-handlebar
unit from its lock and move it up or down vertically.
Close the quick-release.
The handlebar is now adjusted correctly and secured.

