Transportation by car or train
To reduce the size of the NH1 to a minimum for trans-
portation, set both the knee pad and the handlebar to
the lowest position (see pages 11 and 12). In additi-
on, set the knee pad back to a horizontal position.

Fold the handlebar assembly back. To do so, open the quick release (1) (see page 9) and press
the locking knob (2) to release the lock.
You can fold the handlebar assembly back to a 90° to more easily load and unload the ORTHOSCOOT. The stee-
ring assembly can be used as a carrying handle to more easily lift the machine to load it. To trigger the carrying
position, press the locking knob once again (2).

You can use the red quick release knobs to remove
the front wheels if necessary.
To do so, lift the front wheel with one hand as shown.
Use your free hand to press the red rubber knob into
the stop, to unlock the wheel. At the same time, use
your thumb on the other hand to push the wheel out-
wards in an axial direction, to permanently release the
closure. The wheel is now free & can be removed.
