Hold the front wheel with both hands as shown. Press
the red rubber cap in with your thumb to the stop to
trigger the locking mechanisms.
After it engages, the wheel will be secure.
Fold the handlebar assembly up completely,
until the locking knob snaps out.

To be certain of a secure fit, check this once again by
pulling the wheel out of the guide with both hands.
Lock the handlebar assembly by clamping the quick
release lever. The closure is now secure.
