Place instruments into a tray basket on the insert module or onto the inserts of
the MIS unit and start the cleaning process.
1 min pre-rinse with cold water

3 min pre-rinse with cold water

5 min washing at 55°C (131°F) with 0.5% alkaline
or at 45°C (113°F) with enzymatic cleaning agent

3 min neutralization with warm mains water
(>40°C / >104°F) and neutralizer

2 min intermediate rinsing with warm mains water (>40°C / >104°F)

Perform thermal machine disinfection, observing all national requirements
regarding the A0 value (see ISO 15883).
Drying of the outside of the instruments by means of the drying cycle of the
cleaning/disinfection unit.
If necessary, the instruments can also be manually dried using a lint-free cloth.
Dry cavities of instruments using compressed air
Prior to each use, inspect the bipolar scissors for damage.
Withdraw damaged instruments from service immediately.
Use certified sterilization packing (e.g. according to EN 868, ISO 11607) or
sterilization containers.
Prior to sterilization, the instruments must be cleaned, disinfected, rinsed with
distilled water and finally dried carefully.
