– Position the socket over the head of the screw, bolt or nut, so it is completely inserted into the
socket (Ref. to Figs. 8 and 9).
– Keeping a tight grip the wrench increase the speed of the motor to the number of revs required
by using the operating push button (02): in this way the impact striker will come into action with
consequent tightening/loosening of the fastening device.
– On finishing the operation, release the button.
The impact wrench can be used independently or in conjuntion with the Cembre support trolley
(Ref. to Figs. 10, 11) and appropriate interface device (see § 6).
– The impact wrench can be used in vertical position with support trolley by fitting interface device
type KCS-NR .
– The impact wrench can be used in horizontal position with support trolley by fitting interface
device type KHOR-NR.
3.6) Safety device (Ref. to Fig. 5)
The machine is fitted by an automatic power supply
switch-off device that protects the operator against
accidental starting.
During the use of the machine, in case of sudden fall or lack of electric
supply, the device intervenes cutting the supply off.
In order to re-set the machine rearm the device by pressing the "RESET"
button.
To check the correct functioning of the safety device proceed (08) as follows:
– Connect the plug to the electricity supply.
– Press the button "RESET" to close the switch.
– Press the button "TEST" to open the switch and prove the automatic
switch-off function.
3.7) Warning
The mains supply cable must be in perfect condition and correctly installed, otherwise it must be
replaced immediately.
Should it be necessary to extend the mains cable, use 3 core (2 phases+earth) cable of suitable section.
Never pull the cable to disconnect it from the mains supply.
Keep the cable away from heat, oil and sharp edges.
3.8) Protection fuse (Ref. to Fig. 6)
The machine is equipped with fuse (14) protection of
electric motor:
NR-13E: 16A (6,3X32) delayed action fuse.
NR-13E-110: 30A (6,3X32) delayed action fuse.
In case of replacement, use only exact equivalent fuses.
STATUS INDICATOR:
RED: presence of voltage,
switch closed.
WHITE: switch open.
