To replace used batteries, fi rst release the cover on the battery compart-

ment. Illuminated LEDs indicate which batteries need replacing. Remove
the discharged batteries. Insert the new batteries whilst taking care to
observe correct polarity and close the battery compartment.

You should remove the batteries when the TIME MOVER is not in
operation for an extended period of time (leakage hazard).
Fully charged batteries are suffi cient for 12 to 18 months of operation,
depending on quality and manufacturer.
Furthermore, frequent use of the speed-winding mode, high revolution
speeds and/or frequent use of the display can lead to increased energy
consumption (10.2).

6.2 MAINS OPERATION

The use of a mains adapter (see accessories) is recommended for frequent
use of the SPEEDWINDING function and to conserve battery power. Please
only use original accessories to avoid damaging the device.
The mains adapter is connected to the input jack at the rear of the device.
The batteries inside the device are switched off automatically when mains
operation is active. You should remove the batteries when the device is
not in operation for an extended period of time (leakage hazard).
