Error messages of the Flash Unit FU 01
There are optical and acoustic warning signals which will be
activated in case of error when pressing the shutter release.

• Wait, allow the flash tube
to cool down
Release mirror out of order
• Connect cable
• Check cable connections
Camera not ready
• Switch on camera
• Reset image memory
• Release camera from sleep mode
• Connect cable
• Check cable connections
Flash out of order
• Close flash slide
• Replace flash tube
• Connect cable
Once the cause of the problem has been removed, pressing
the shutter release will cancel the optical warning signal and
the camera is again ready for use.
General alarm
All red LEDs are flashing (defective electronics)
