USING THE OVEN FUNCTIONS
Hot air
In this setting the top and bottom heating elements and the fan are activated. The heat is
distributed evenly in the oven. This setting is suitable for large amounts of food which need
heat supply, such as large au gratins and pies.
* Use oven crockery that is resistant to a temperature of 250 °C.
Cooking table
The temperatures and cooking times in this table are guidelines.
We recommend you preheat the oven if you use the intensive function.
