The power indicator lights green when power is supplied to the battery charger.

The battery pack is 80% to 99% charged.
Charging is in progress.
The battery pack or charging circuit is not functioning
properly.
Disconnect the battery pack and USB cable from the
battery charger immediately, and reconnect them.
If the indicator continues to blink red, contact Panasonic
Technical Support. The battery pack or charging cable
may be damaged.
The internal temperature of the battery pack has
exceeded the acceptable level for charging, and charging
has been stopped temporarily. Wait for the temperature to
return to an acceptable level, and charging will resume
automatically.
The battery pack is not connected properly.
