4. Operation

4.1. Operation cabinet

4.1.1. Main switch

The main switch is situated left on top of the control panel and is carried out as a red turning button.
The main switch has been carried out as a turn button switch and has two positions:
- 0 = OFF
- 1 = ON

4.1.2. Emergency button

The emergency button has been carried out as a red button with around a yellow disk.
By pressing on the button top, you activate him and the machine stops immediately.
To make the machine ready-for-use you reverse the button and the emergency button stands out.

4.1.3. Start/stop button

The start/stop button has been carried out as a green and red push button with between a light.
Lamp illuminate if the machine is in operation and blinks at a disturbance.
To start/stop the machine one must push on the concerned button.
- 0= OFF
- 1= ON

4.2. Frequency regulator

The frequency regulator has been assembled beside the electrical cabinet.
Frequency regulators are generally used to regulate the speed of a electric motor by regulating the torque (the
active flow). For the correct adjustment one must consult the guide of the frequency regulator.
A possible disturbance of the frequency regulator could occur. When a disturbance appears, the lamp blinks and
on the start/stop switch and the unit falls down. Dependent on the report, the machine can become started by
raising the malfunction, press on the stop button and then starting with the start button.
The frequency regulator should be cleaned periodically to control dust pollution in the regulator.
This can be done by example: blowing off the dust with compressed air, small brush.
Drives from 2.2 kW and higher are equipped with a cooling fan which as often as possible need to be cleaned
and, if necessary, can be easily replaced.
