Maintenance:
Only maintenance works described in this instruction
manual may be carried out, all other works must be
performed by an official dealer.
For safety reasons, the fuel conductive components (hoses,
tank, tank cap and connections) should be checked
regularly for damage and leaks. If necessary, they should
be replaced by an official dealer.
Keep all nuts and screws well tightened in order to ensure
a safe operation.
Keep warning and information stickers always clean and
legible.
If any components or safety devices are removed for
maintenance works,
immediately.
Always wear gloves when changing accessories and
carrying the appliance.
Only use tools or attachable accessories authorised by VITO
for this washer or technically identical parts. Not doing so
may result in personal injuries or damages to the petrol
high pressure washer. In case of doubt, you should contact
an official dealer.
Allow the combustion engine to cool down before putting
the appliance in a closed compartment. During operation,
the exhaust gets extremely hot and remains so for a few
minutes after shutting down the engine. Avoid touching the
exhaust while it is hot.
Never store the high-pressure washer with petrol in the tank
inside a building. Petrol vapours may come into contact
with flames or sparks and ignite.
Store the high-pressure washer in a dry area, with the fuel
tank empty in a well-ventilated compartment. Avoid places
with high humidity to avoid the appearance of corrosion
and rust.
they must be repositioned
If you want to empty the tank, for example before the winter
period, the fuel tank should only be emptied outdoors.
Keep the appliance in a good operating mode.
Your petrol high pressure washer should only be serviced
by the manufacturer's internal service personnel, or other
qualified personnel, replacing any necessary parts with
original parts sourced directly from the manufacturer.
1. Insert the larger screw into the wheel (7);
2. On the opposite side of the wheel, insert a washer into
the screw;
3. Insert the screw into the hole in the washer's base frame;
4. Place a washer on the screw;
Adjust the washers on the base frame.
5. At last, insert a nut and tighten with a key.
1. Fit the tubes of the carrying handle (3) to the tubes of
the support and transport frame;
2. Press the pins and push the handle until they are aligned
with the holes.
Hose holder
1. Adjust the holders (12) to the mounting holes in the
carrying handle (3);
2. Insert and tighten the 3 fixing screws.
Gun holder
Attach the gun holder to the right side of the carrying
handle.
The L-shaped screw, must be tightened to the hole in the
base frame, where the detergent tank is located.
