Caricare la cabina con il carico nominale e

portarla al piano più alto.
Fare una discesa dal piano più alto al piano più
c)
basso, e contemporaneamente tenere premuto il
pulsante di emergenza a mano per aumentare la
velocità. In caso di portate 25 e 35 l/min è presente
la vite n. 4 nel gruppo valvole che va avvitata
completamente.
d)
La valvola di blocco interverrà, quando la velocità di
discesa sarà aumentata di circa il 30%, e la
cabina rallenterà fino a fermarsi.
Se dopo qualche metro di corsa a velocità
e)
superiore a quella nominale, l'intervento non
si è verificato, fermare la cabina azionando
lo "Stop" e regolare di nuovo la valvola di
blocco avvitando gradualmente la vite di
regolazione (1/4 di giro per volta) e ripetere
la verifica.
Riaprire di circa 2 giri la vite n. 4 se presente
e bloccare con l'apposito dado. Controllare
che in queste condizioni la valvola di blocco
non intervenga in discesa.
f)
Se l'aumento di velocità in discesa, causato dal
pulsante a mano non è sufficiente, si può
aumentare svitando la vite n. 8 del blocco valvola
delle centraline a una velocità e avvitandola per
quelle a due velocità. In questo caso, a prova
effettuata, occorre riportare la vite n. 8 esattamente
nella sua posizione originale.
A prova ultimata, bloccare la vite di regolazione con
il dado di fermo e sigillare con vernice rossa.

Make a travel from the upper floor to the lowest
one; at the same time keep the manual emergency
button pushed to increase the speed. For deliveries
of 25 and 35 l/min the valve group has the screw n.
4 device, which has to be screwed completely.
d)
The valve has to intervene when the downward
speed exceeds the nominal speed by 30%.
e)
If, after some-metre run at a speed higher
than the nominal one, the rupture valve has
not intervened, stop the car pushing button
"STOP". Adjust again the rupture valve
screwing the regulation screw gradually (1/4
turn by 1/4 turn) and repeat the test.
Open again screw n. 4 (if available) by two
turns and fix it with a proper nut. Check that
the valve does not intervene during the
downward travel, at this condition.
f)
If the downward speed increase obtained pushing
the emergency button is not enough, it can be
increased unscrewing the screw n. 8 located on the
valve block of one speed pump unit or screwing it
in the two speeds one. In this case, after the test
has been completed, set the screw n. 8 in its
original position.
When the test has finished, block the regulation
screw with the lock nut and seal with red paint.
