The water tank cannot be
inserted.
The swing function is not
working.
The appliance is loud or
vibrates.
The appliance does not
respond to the infrared
remote control.
Note: Wait for at least 3 minutes after maintenance work. Only then switch the
appliance back on.
Check whether the mechanism for lowering the pump
was released. If the pump can be seen in the lower
area, the water tank is being blocked. Push the pump up
until the switch for lowering the pump can be seen.
The swing function motor might be defective. Contact
customer service.
Check whether the appliance is set up in a stable and
upright position.
Check whether the distance between remote control
and appliance is too large and reduce it if necessary.
Make sure there are no obstacles, such as furniture or
walls between the appliance and the remote control.
Ensure visual contact between appliance and remote
control.
Check the charging status of the batteries and change
them if required.
If the batteries have just been replaced, check that they
are inserted correctly according to the polarity (+/-).
