PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

HeatUp 25/50/100/150/200/300, referred to in the
following as "unit", may only be used as specified in
the following:
• As a thermostat controlled aquarium heater.
• Operation under observance of the technical data.
The following restrictions apply to the unit:
• Only use indoors and for aquaristic purposes in the
home (not for commercial use).
• Only operate with water at a water temperature of
+40 °F to + 95 °F.

INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION

NOTE
• Do not switch the unit on until it is immersed in
water.
• The unit can be completely immersed in water.
• Ensure that the unit is immersed in water at least
up to the minimum immersion depth marking.
NOTE
The desired water temperature can only be achieved
if the heating capacity of the heater is suitable for
the volume of water in the aquarium (→ Technical
data) and is positioned in an area with good water
circulation.

• Turn the temperature controller to the desired
temperature value.
• Insert the supplied suction cups into the holder by
twisting.
– Pay attention to the alignment of the tab
(it should point upwards or to the side).
• Clamp the holder to the unit.
