Dismantling and cleaning the burner and
the exchanger
- Remove the front and top panel of the
boiler (see the operations described on
Removing the front panel, accessing the
control panel and the inside of the boiler
p. 68).
- Remove the wiring (5) from the fan (6)
- Unscrew the two screws (8) that fasten the
fan (6) to the air conveyor (9)
- Unscrew the four screws (10) that fasten
the fan assembly (6) to the exchanger,
using a 10 mm socket wrench
- Remove the gasket (11) and remove the
burner (12)
- Remove the electrode plate (13), check
the condition of the electrode and replace
if necessary.
Once the cleaning operations have been
completed, reassemble the components in
the reverse order.

Check that the gas connection is tight.

Démontage et nettoyage du brûleur et de
l'échangeur
- Enlever les panneaux avant et supérieur
de la chaudière (voir les passages décrits
Enlèvement du panneau avant, accès au
tableau de commande et aux parties inter-
nes de la chaudière p. 68).
- Débrancher le câblage (5) du ventilateur
(6).
- Dévisser les deux vis (8) qui fixent le venti-
lateur (6) au convoyeur de l'air (9).
- Avec une clé à tube de 10 mm, dévisser
les quatre vis (10) qui fixent le groupe ven-
tilateur (6) à l'échangeur.
- Enlever le joint (11) et sortir le brûleur (12)
- Démonter la platine porte-électrode (13),
vérifier l'état de l'électrode et, le cas
échéant, la remplacer.
Une fois les opérations de nettoyage ter-
minées, remonter les composants en
procédant à l'inverse de ce qui a été décrit.

Vérifier que le raccordement gaz est
étanche.
