Dismantling the Master and Slave boards
- Remove the panel front and access
the inside of the control panel (see
the steps described on the previous
page).
- Remove the screws (V) and then the
cover from the Master board.
- Repeat the same operation to remo-
ve the cover (7) from the first Slave
board and (8) any second Slave
board.
- Remove the wiring connectors from
the boards and unscrew the faste-
ning screws so as to remove the
boards.

If replacing the Master board, refer to the Wiring diagrams p.
15to restore the connections.
Once the servicing operations have been completed, reassemble
the components in the reverse order.
Dismantling the fan
- Remove the front and top panel of
the boiler (see the operations descri-
bed on Removing the front panel,
accessing the control panel and the
inside of the boiler p. 68).
- Remove the wiring (5) from the fan
(6)
- Unscrew the four screws (7) that
fasten the fan (6) to the exchanger
using an 8 mm socket wrench
- Unscrew the two screws (8) that
fasten the fan (6) to the air conveyor
(9)
- Remove the fan (6).
Once the cleaning operations have
been completed, reassemble the com-
ponents in the reverse order.

Check that the gas connect ion is tight.

En cas de remplacement de la carte Master, se référer au
Schémas électriques p. 15 pour rétablir les raccordements.
Une fois les opérations d'entretien terminées, remonter les compo-
sants en procédant à l'inverse de ce qui a été décrit.

Vérifier que le raccordement gaz est étanche.
FRANÇAIS
- Enlever le panneau avant et accéder
à la partie interne du tableau de
commande (voir les passages décrits
page précédente).
- Enlever les vis (V) puis le couvercle
de la carte Master. Répéter cette
même opération pour enlever le cou-
vercle (7) de la première carte Slave
et (8) de l'éventuelle deuxième carte
Slave.
- Ôter les connecteurs des câblages
des cartes et dévisser les vis de fixa-
tion pour les enlever.
Démontage du ventilateur
- Enlever les panneaux avant et
supérieur de la chaudière (voir les
passages décrits Enlèvement du
panneau avant, accès au tableau de
commande et aux parties internes de
la chaudière p. 68).
- Débrancher le câblage (5) du venti-
lateur (6).
- Avec une clé à tube de 8 mm, dévis-
ser les quatre vis (7) qui fixent le
ventilateur (6) à l'échangeur.
- Dévisser les deux vis (8) qui fixent
le ventilateur (6) au convoyeur de
l'air (9).
- Extraire le ventilateur (6).
Une fois les opérations de nettoyage
terminées, remonter les composants
