auger or impeller.

or damaged by thrown objects.
..... Stop engine and read manual
before making any repairs or
adjustments.
..... Make sure the engine safety
key is inserted into the key
hole.
..... Remove the engine key.
..... WARNING! Turn the machine
OFF before inspecting,
cleaning, changing
accessories or conducting any
other maintenance task.
..... Recommended oil is SAE
5W/30. The engine can be
seriously damaged without
oil. Always check the oil
level before using. The
machine must be resting
firmly on level ground when
checking.
..... Use clean, fresh, regular
unleaded gasoline with a
minimum octane rating of 87
and an ethanol content of
less than 10% by volume.
..... Exhaust gases, muffler and
engine components are
extremely hot and cause burns.
..... Choke opened, when the
engine starts, move the
choke to "RUN" position.
..... Choke closed, to start a cold
engine, move the choke lever
to the "CHOKE" position.
..... Fuel and its vapours are
extremely flammable and
explosive. Fire can cause
severe burns or death. Do not
add fuel while the product is
operating or still hot.
..... Move the throttle lever to
full speed.
..... Lower the speed of the
engine.
..... Move the fuel valve lever to
the "ON" position.
..... Keep hands and feet away
from rotating parts.
