SET TO WORK

After taking in use, the machine stands in stand-by position. If one turns the
main switch (ON) the tap water comes automatically under pressure. The filling
of the tank happens automatically as long as the machine is in use. If one
turns the main switch to OFF, the pump is switched off immediately. The water
tank is guarded continuously by float switches those controlling a magnetic
valve for filling the water tank if necessary (level control). At the same time, the
temperature of the water in the water tank is guarded, so this stays under the
maximum temperature of the pump. If there's no water diminution during +- 2
minutes, the unit shall stop automatically. Before the first use one should make
that the tap water is thorough rinsed. After that one must put the machine
some time in use without starting, so the water tank can be filled. Take care
that there is sufficient water supply (=higher then the flow of the unit), and that
the prescribed water temperature is not crossed. The working pressure will
be arranged by a by-pass valve. This mechanical valve will be adjusted in the
factory.

SET TO WORK WITH FREQUENCY REGULATOR (OPTION)

The frequency regulator has been assembled beside the electrical cabinet.
Frequency regulators are generally used to regulate the speed of a electric
motor by regulating the torque (the active flow). For the correct adjustment one
must consult the guide of the frequency regulator.
The working with frequency regulator stays about the same like above, only
the stop key on the frequency regulator can not be used to disconnect the
machine. There can turn up a disturbance on the frequency regulator. When a
disturbance arises, the RESET- lamp will burn and the unit will fall out after one
minute. To cancel the disturbance, you have to take away the cause and press
the RESET- key.
The frequency regulator should be cleaned periodically to control dust pollution
in the regulator. This can be done by example: blowing off the dust with
compressed air, small brush. Drives from 2.2 kW and higher are equipped with
a cooling fan which as often as possible need to be cleaned and, if necessary,
can be easily replaced.

REMOTE CONTROL (OPTION)

The remote control is provided with a lighted button to start/stop. When one
presses on the button, the machine will work during an established time (e.g. 30
min.) and stops then automatically. The status of the machine (on or out) can be
seen by means of the lighted/not lighted push button.

MIST SPRINKLER FUNCTION (OPTION)

At the mist sprinkler function a command is given to the cleaner and it's rinsed
there during 1 minute. Afterwards the cleaner will stop 20 minutes. Next there
will be rinsed again during 1 minute. This cycle is repeated. At the unit with mist
sprinkler function you need a mist sprinkling tripod (see pic. below at right). This
function can be set active by turning the black switch at the control panel (see
photo). The time to rinse - stationary position can be adjusted. This happen by
adjusting the time relay (see photo).
Ton = stationary time - blue button: calibration, white button: regulation (begin-
and end values of calibration).
Toff = rinsing time - blue button: calibration, white button: regulation (begin- and
end values of calibration).
Example photo:
• Toff calibration: position 1 at regulation 1-10 min, then the regulation time shall
be 1 minute, at position 10 this will be 10 minutes.
• Ton calibration: position 3.5 at regulation 6-60 min, then the regulation time
shall be approx. 20 minutes, at position 10 this will be 60 minutes.
