Maintenance schedule

The following sections describe maintenance steps that need to be performed to allow the machine to operate
trouble free and at its full capacity.
If regular inspections reveal an increased level of wear, the maintenance intervals must be shortened in
accordance with the actual wear detected.
For questions about maintenance steps and intervals, please contact the manufacturer or an authorized dealer.

Risk of fire, poisoning, and health damage caused by lubricants!
Lubricants may ignite when coming into contact with sources of ignition.
Contact with oil and grease may cause damage to a person's health.
Therefore:
No open fire during work on the machine.
Do not smoke.
Do not inhale oil or grease fumes.
Avoid skin contact with oil and grease.
Immediately clean the skin of all oil and grease.
Only the pilot bearing of the rotary unit on the grinding machine has to be lubricated with standard
multipurpose grease.
