Settings Board

Advanced
AMS
Tap on the Settings button on the General Tools Bar
to display the Settings Board.
Following function buttons will be included:
Volume Slider (
): Adjust volume level
Brightness Slider (
Advanced: Open the Settings menu
AMS: Open AMS (Account Management System)
settings. Will not be available if the user account does
not have administrative rights (User Role - Super
Admin)
Users: Open the Users Board. Add or delete user
accounts or edit the settings of the existing ones. Will
not be available if the active user account does not
have administrative rights (User Role - Super Admin)
Password: Change the password of the active user
account
Lock: Set a screen lock password for the active user
account or change the existing one

Users Board

Tap on the Users button on the Settings Board to
display the Users Board. This button will not be
available if the active user account does not have
administrative rights.

): Adjust brightness level

Select the user account the settings of which you want
to change or which you want to delete.
Following function buttons will be included:
Add: Add a new user account
Edit: Change the name and the role of the selected
user account
Delete: Delete the selected user account
Password: Change the password of the selected
user account
Lock
Lock: Set a screen lock password for the selected
user account or change the existing one
The updated information will be saved on the Display. If
the Display is connected to the Internet and operating
in AMS active mode, the updated information will be
saved in AMS.

Quick Palette

anywhere on the screen with two fingertips. Your
fingers should be held about three centimetres apart.
Following function buttons will be included:
Pen/Highlight (
toggle between pen and highlight modes to select
different colours and tip sizes for different modes from
the colour bar and the tip size bar. The pen logo will
become lighter in colour when switched to pen mode.
Clear Screen (
Crop (
): Crop the screen and take a screenshot of
the cropped part of the screen. Adjust the cropping
area first and then tap on the Screenshot function
button. Tap on the Crop function button again to cancel

Close ( ): Close Quick Palette

Tip Size Bar, Colour Bar, Eraser
A thin and a thick white ring will appear around the
circles to indicate the selected ones. The thin white
ring will indicate the selected option for the pen and
the thick white ring will indicate the selected option for

The dynamic (floating) Quick
Palette mainly provides drawing
functions. You can use the tools
on it to change the pen's colour,
pen's or eraser's thickness,
take a screenshot, launch the
White Board application, and so
on. You can open the Quick
Palette by tapping and holding
