ACHTUNG!
Vor Installation, Inbetriebnahme,Wartung
und Instandsetzung sind dieBetriebs-
und Montageanleitung, sowie die
"Sicherheitstechnische Unterweisung
von Mitarbeitern" (3 842 527 147)
zulesen und zu beachten.
Durchführung der Arbeiten nur durch
geschultes, eingewiesenes
Fachpersonal!
Elektrische Anschlüsse nach der
entsprechenden nationalen Vorsc hrift.
Für Deutschland: VDE-Vorsc hrift
VD E 0100!
Vor allen Instandsetzungs-, und
Wartungsarbeiten sind die
Energiezuführungen (Hauptschalter,
etc.) abzuschalten!
Außerdem sind Maßnahmen erforderlich,
um ein unbeabsichtigtes
Wiedereinschalten zu verhindern, z. B.
am Hauptschalter ein entsprechendes
Warnschild "Wartungsarbeiten",
"Instandsetzungs arbeiten" etc.
anbringen!
Vor allen Instandsetzungs- und
Wartungsarbeiten sind alle Leitungen zu
entlüften , um unbeabsichtigte oder
zufällige Bewegungen von
Komponenten zu vermeiden, die zu
Verletzungen führen können.
Betimmungsgemäße Verwendung:
Die bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
der P E 4 / PE 2/X ist das positionierte
Abheben der Rexroth-Werkstückträger
WT 4 / WT 2 vom Fördermittel im
Rexroth-Transfersystem TS 4plus /
TS 2plus .
Zulässige vertikale Prozesskraft: 3500 N
incl. WT 4/.. / WT 2/..
Die pneumatischen Komponenten des
TS 4plus- / TS 2plus-Systems wurden
für einen Betriebsdruck von
4 - 6 bar ausgelegt. Es liegt in der
Verantwortung des Anwenders , die
Zufuhr gefilterter, gereinigter Druckluft
so zu inst allieren und zu steuern, dass
der Betriebsdruck im vom Hersteller
angegebenen Bereich liegt .
Diese Anleitung unbedingt aufbewahren!
WARNING!
Read and observe the operating,
assembly, and "instructions for
employees on safety" (3 842 52 7 147)
before installation, commissioning,
maintenance and repair work.
The work should only be performed by
qualified and specially trained personnel!
All electrical connections must be made
in accordance with the applicable
national regulations . For Germany:
regulation VDE 0100 (VDE, German
Association of Electricians)!
The current must always be switched off
(at main switch, etc .) before
maintenance and repair work!
Take precautions to prevent inadvertent
restoration of power, e.g. by hanging a
suitable warning sign at the main switch,
such as: "Maintenance work in
progress", or "Repair work in progress"!
All connections should be bled prior to
any maintenance or repair work . This
helps to avoid inadvertent or accidental
movements of components which could
cause injury.
Intended use:
The intended use of the P E 4 / PE 2/X is
the positioned lifting of Rexroth WT 4
and WT 2 workpiece pallets from the
conveyor in the Rexroth TS 4plus and
TS 2plus transfer system.
Permissible vertical process force:
3500 N incl . WT 4/.. / WT 2/..
The pneumatic components of the
TS 4plus / TS 2plus system were
designed for an operating pressure
between 4 - 6 bar. It is the user's
responsibility to establish and control a
filtered and cleaned compressed air
supply to keep the operating pressure at
the manufacturer's recommended level .

Avant l'installation, la mise en service, la
maintenance et les réparations, lire et
respecter les instructions d'utilisation et
de montage ainsi que l'« initiation
technique du personnel en matière de
sécurité » (3 842 527 147).
Les travaux ne doivent être effectués que
par des personnes agréées et
compétentes !
Les branc hements électriques doivent
être conformes à la réglementation
nationale. P our l'Allemagne :
norme VD E 0100 !
Avant d'effectuer des réparations ou des
travaux de maintenance, couper
l'aliment ation en énergie (interrupteur
principal, etc .) !
D'autre part, prendre toutes les mesures
nécessaires pour éviter une remise en
marche accidentelle, en apposant par
exemple près de l'interrupteur principal
un panneau d'avertissement « travaux de
maintenance » , « réparations » etc. !
Avant d'effectuer des réparations ou des
travaux de maintenance, purger toutes
les conduites afin d'éviter des
déplacements inopinés ou accidentels
des compos ants qui pourraient
provoquer des blessures .
Utilisation conforme :
L'utilisation conforme de la
PE 4 / PE 2/X est le soulèvement
positionné de la palette porte-pièces
WT 4 et WT 2 de Rexroth du convoyeur
dans le système de transfert TS 4plus /
TS 2plus .
Force de traitement verticale autorisée :
3500 N y compris WT 4/.. / WT 2/..
Les compos ants pneumatiques du
système T S 4plus / TS 2plus ont été
conçus pour une pression de service de
4 à 6 bar. L'utilisateur est responsable
de réaliser l'inst allation et la commande
de l'aliment ation en air comprimé filtré et
purifié de telle sorte que la pression de
ser vice soit comprise dans la plage
indiquée par le fabricant .
