E' correttamente bloccato se la posizione del segno sulla vite
corrisponde al punto verde sul corpo della pinza.
Ogni braccio è munito di uno speciale coperchio che protegge la
zona di contatto da accidentali urti che potrebbero ammaccare il
profilo di innesto e da eventuali impurità che potrebbero graffiare
e rovinarne le superfici, compromettendo il contatto tra braccio e
pinza.
Nella fase di sostituzione dei bracci prestare la massima attenzione
alla pulizia delle superfici di contatto tra corpo pinza e braccio.
Il braccio che viene sostituito deve essere accuratamente pulito
avendo particolare cura nel rimuovere eventuali residui di materiali
ferrosi e non, che potrebbero danneggiare la zona di contatto;
successivamente applicare accuratamente sulle superfici di
contatto del braccio con la pinza il grasso CU fornito ed in fine
inserire l'apposito coperchio protettivo prima di riporlo.
La pinza Art. 8679T è dotata di trasformatore di potenza incorporato
quindi i cavi che la collegano alla macchina sono molto leggeri e
flessibili garantendo una buona maneggevolezza della pinza
durante le fasi di saldatura e neutralizzando completamente il
movimento elettromagnetico causato dai due cavi come nelle
pinze tradizionali.
La pinza Art. 8679T è munita di impugnatura anatomica dove è
alloggiato il comando con grilletto (E) a doppia corsa.
Nella prima parte della corsa (E2) gli elettrodi esercitano solo la
forza di serraggio consentendo una chiusura graduale o la
riapertura dei bracci.
Il grilletto a fondo corsa (E3) comanda lo START di saldatura solo
se la pressione dell'aria compressa è nel campo stabilito, questo
perché un pressostato differenziale regola automaticamente l'inizio
della saldatura.

It is correctly locked if the position of the mark on the screw
corresponds to the green point on the gun's body.
Each arm is supplied from the factory with a cover that protects the
arms contact surfaces from scratches and debris that may damage
the contact surface on the arm and gun.
When replacing the arms, pay the maximum attention to the
cleaning of the contact surfaces in between the gun body and the
arm.
The arm to be replaced should be thoroughly cleaned from any
waste of ferrous and non ferrous material which could damage the
contact area. Apply accordingly the supplied CU grease on the
contact surfaces of the arm and the gun, and then put the
protecting cover before putting it back.
The gun item 8679T is equipped with an integrated power
transformer, therefore the cables connecting it to the machine are
very light and flexible. They allow then a good handiness of the
gun during the welding phases and neutralize completely the
electromagnetic movement caused by the two cables as in
traditional guns.
The ergonomic handle of the gun item 8679T is equipped with a
2-stroke trigger (E).
In the first part of stroke (E2) the electrodes exert only clamping
force or can be reopened. At the end of the trigger stroke, welding
will commence but only when the force reaches the correct
pressure. A differential pressure switch prevents welding from
starting until the required pressure has been reached.
