Screw connector strip connection:
Connect screw connector strip 4-pole, neutral to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug
connector ST6, Fig. 2, Pos. 2a.
Connect screw connector strip 7-pole, green to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug
connector ST8, Fig. 2, Pos. 2b.
Connect screw connector strip 4-pole, red to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug
connector ST11, Fig. 2, Pos. 2c.
Connect screw connector strip 6-pole, blue to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug
connector ST12, Fig. 2, Pos. 2d.
Lay and connect the wiring harnesses as follows:
Warning!
The power and control wiring harnesses must be laid separately in order to avoid interference in the control circuit (electromagnetic
compatibility).
Excess cable should be gathered such that current flows in opposite directions and tied in order to avoid any antenna effect.
Lay the wiring harness (power) 20X-41X from module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug
connector ST10 to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST9, Fig. 2, Pos. 3a.
Lay the wiring harness (control) N1Q_ST112, N1Q_ST11 from module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG))
EZL 235 - Plug connector ST111 to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST112, Fig. 2, Pos. 3b.
Connect the electronic modules ELZ 235 module 3 und EZL 235 module 1 in accordance with the wiring diagram.
Connect the coding plugs as follows:
Connect coding plug WRG1 to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST6,
PIN 2-3, Fig. 2, Pos. 4a.
Connect coding plug MFM 53X to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST7,
PIN 1-2, PIN 3-4, Fig. 2, Pos. 4b.
Connect plug N1Q-ST11A to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST11, PIN 1-2,
Fig. 2, Pos. 4c.
Connect coding plug MFM 3-5 to module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11 and water recycling (WRG)) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST3,
PIN 3-5, Fig. 2, Pos. 4d.
Register module 3 (liquid dispensing 7 - 11) and water recycling (WRG) as follows:
Via Service level Main menu
button Activate disk symbol to save the setting.
Switch on the dispensing display.
Via Service level Main menu
Back button (to go back one level)
Note
If the dispensing display is activated, the operator can activate and deactivate dispensing. If the dispensing display is not activated,
dispensing activation and deactivation is controlled by the programme in operation only.
To quit the service mode, switch off the machine.
Dispenser pump connection and calibration:
Break out the pre-punched area in the machine rear panel.
Fit the cable throughfeed on the rear panel, Fig. 3.
Connect the dispenser pumps in accordance with the wiring diagram.
If the pump capacity (flow rate) is known, enter the figure directly in the supervisor level as follows (e.g. dispenser pump 7).
