· Control the application distance.
· If sagging occurs, this is due to the fact that the amount
of product to be applied is excessive for the air pressure
used, that the viscosity is not correct or the application
speed is not adequate. Decrease the amount of product,
adjust its viscosity or increase the application speed until
the required finish is obtained.
· The spraying width (spraying pattern) obtained will
depend on the Tip used. If Tips are required for other
applications, contact the Technical Service of SAGOLA
S.A.
· Apply the product perpendicularly to the part.

· Gun recommended for all types of sprayable products of low, medium and high viscosity.
8. Start-up
8.1. Installation and operation
¿HOW TO USE THE GUN SAFETY?
1.- In order to engage the safety (block the opening in the
trigger of the gun), move the trigger forward (locked
position) and turn the lever (no. 1 - figure 2) until it butts
against the gun body. Check that the trigger is locked.
2.- In order to disengage the gun safety, push the trigger
forward (closed position) and turn the lever (no. 1 - figure 2)
until it butts against the trigger itself.
¿HOW TO USE THE GUN?
1.- Connect a fluid hose (with grounding wire) to the gun inlet.
2.- Without installing the tip, start up the pump. Clean pump and gun according to the equipment
instruction manual.
3.- Remove the product used for cleaning the pump. Prime the unit with the product and apply to
pump as indicated in the instruction manual.
4.- Unthread the guard and nut.
5.- Place the spray tip and locking seal together with the nut and guard. Tighten firmly.
