10. Maintenance

In order to carry out maintenance, repairs or cleaning, previously disconnect the equipment from
the product hose.
Do not apply excessive force or inadequate tools for maintaining and cleaning the unit. Some
repairs must be done with special tools on some occasions.
In these cases, you must contact the Customer Service of SAGOLA. Any handling of this product
by non-authorised personnel would render the warranty null and void.
The unit must be overhauled on a periodic basis to check the status of its components and replace
these when they are not in perfect condition.
IN ORDER TO OBTAIN THE BEST POSSIBLE RESULTS, ALWAYS USE ORIGINAL SPARES.
ENSURE TOTAL INTERCHANGEABILITY, SAFETY AND OPERATION.
Replacing closing gasket
1.- Clean the gun correctly.
2.- Follow the decompression procedure explained on the section No. 8.2.
3.- Separate the gun from the product hose. Remove the product tip (No. 01).
4.- Remove the diffuser head (No. 04). While unthreading, keep pulling on the trigger in order not
to damage the sealing ball and seat.
5.- Loosen the rear nut with the female tube accessory wrench (No. 11). Remove the rear
bushing-cover (No. 10).
