6.- Remove the gun needle assembly from the body (No. 08)
7.- Grease the new 0 ring again (No. 08) and install it in the corresponding channel.
8.- Insert the needle (No. 06) assembly in its housing (gun body) with care in order not to damage
the seal during assembly. Place the needle in the correct position, so that the two surfaces it has
at the rear (outside the gun body) are horizontal.
9.- Assemble the bushing/cover (No.10), insert in the horizon¬tal planes of the needle. Both pins
(No. 09) must be inside the bushing-guide housing.
10.- Tighten the rear nut (No. 11) with the female tube acces¬sory wrench. Then loosen the nut a
_ turn (anti¬clockwise) to increase the play of the trigger. Note: If this operation is not carried out
the gun will re¬main inn the open position permanently.
11.- Place the diffuser head (No.04) and tighten this while pul¬ing the trigger in order to prevent
damage to the sealing ball and seat. Note: check that the copper seal is placed before inserting
the diffuser head.
12.- Check that the trigger guard and spray tip guard (No.01) are in placed before using the gun.
Warning: Check the correct operation of the safety before using the gun.
