1.5 Cleaning and disinfections

For cleaning and disinfection DO NOT USE detergents-disinfectants containing:
- Ammonium Hydroxide;
- Sodium Hydroxide;
- Methylene chloride;
- Methilalcohol;
- Abrasive substances;
- Trichloroethylene;
- Benzene;
- Turpentine;
Failure to comply with this indication might cause:
- risk of breakage or damage of plastic parts
- risk of damage of the mirrors

In case of doubt, please contact FARO's Service.
Do not spray any liquid directly on the back of the head of the lamp. It could lead to a
shortcircuit
of electric-electronic parts. To prevent cross contamination between patients follow instruc-
tions in section 6 of this manual.

1.6 Disposal of the device

The lamp is a Electrical Electronic device.
The scrap or disposal of this device must comply with national applicable regulations.
If necessary, contact specialised companies that have the necessary authorisation for the
transportation and the scrapping of Electrical Electronic devices.
Separate the materials based on their typology (ex. metals, rubber, plastic, etc.).

1.7 Storage Conditions

The lamp's packaging is suitable to protect it correctly from penetration of external agents.
The device in its original packaging can be transported or kept in storage for a period of 15
weeks under the following environmental conditions:
- Room temperature between 20°C and 70°C
- Relative humidity between 10% and 90%
- Atmospheric pressure between 500 and 1060 mBar.
The device must be used under the following atmospheric conditions:
- Temperature between 10°C and 40°C
- Relative humidity between 30 and 75%
- Atmospheric pressure between 700 and 1060mbar
