Cause
During a phone call the other party has difficulty
hearing me
uStream microphone
opening may be covered
uStream may not
be worn correctly
uStream may rub
against clothing
The surrounding noise
may be too loud
uStream is unresponsive or there is no indicator light
when switching on
uStream may be
completely discharged
It may indicate a
software problem

Possible remedy
Make sure the microphone
openings are not covered by
part of your body, clothing or
dirt and debris
Make sure your uStream
is clipped securely to your
clothing and within a 40 cm
(16") distance to your
hearing aids
Reduce movement while
you speak
Bring uStream closer to
your mouth. Suggest to your
callers that they increase their
phone volume
Charge your uStream for
at least one hour
Switch uStream off, wait
30 seconds, then switch
on again
Cause
The operating time of your uStream is reduced
substantially
The battery typically
needs several charging
cycles to achieve full
performance
I have interruptions while my audio streaming is active
