8.4a Training of working times with one engine operation
1. Execute unlocking operation, manually close the door and lock again.
2. In case mechanical limit switches are installed, adjust their cam so that the closing limit switch, in this
position, can be activated.
3. Press repeatedly the "SEL" key until the "PROG" led is lighted on.
4. Press the "SET" key and continue pressing it until the "PROG" led starts quickly flashing and shows that
working times learning is started, release the key.
5. Give a START impulse: motor 1 starts opening.
6. When motor 1 arrives at the stop, give a START impulse: motor 1 stops. ATTENTION: even if installed,
the opening limit switch is not detected during this phase. Door MUST be stopped in any case by a
START input in the position you desire. Adjust its cam so that the opening limit switch, in this position,
can be activated.
7. Give a START input: the automatic closing times starts. (to deactivate the automatic closing keep START
pressed until motor 1 closes and then go directly to point 10).
8. Wait for desired auto-closing time.
9. Give a START impulse: motor 1 starts closing.
10. After a few seconds from arrival at respective stop, or, at the arrival, on the closing limit switch both
motors will automatically stop. The "PROG" led lights fixed on, operation time learning has finished.
At this point press repeatedly the "SEL" key to select any other programming function or to exit the
programming (all leds are turned off).
8.4b Training of working times with two engine operations
1. Execute unlocking operation, manually close the door and lock again.
2. Press repeatedly the "SEL" key until the "PROG" led is lighted on.
3. Press the "SET" key and continue pressing it until the "PROG" led starts quickly flashing and shows that
working times learning is started, release the key.
4. Give a START impulse: motor 1 starts opening.
5. Wait for desired delay between the leaves.
6. Give a START impulse: motor 2 starts opening.
7. When motor 1 arrives at the stop, give a START impulse: motor 1 stops
8. When motor 2 arrives at the stop, give a START impulse: motor 2 stops
9. Give a START input: the automatic closing times starts. (to deactivate the automatic closing keep START
pressed until motor 2 closes and then go directly to point 12).
10. Wait for desired auto-closing time.
11. Give a START impulse: motor 2 starts closing.
12. Wait for desired delay between the leaves.
13. Give a START impulse: motor 1 starts closing.
14. After a few seconds from arrival at respective stop, both motors will automatically stop. The "PROG"
led lights fixed on, operation time learning has finished. At this point press repeatedly the "SEL" key to
select any other programming function or to exit the programming (all leds are turned off).
8.5 Functioning program selection (reversal or step by step)
1. Press repeatedly the "SEL" key until the "MODE" led is lighted on.
2. Press the "SET" key and soon release: "MODE" led starts flashing and shows the selected program
(quick flashing = reversal; slow flashing = step by step).
3. Press the "SEL" key to change the functioning program type.
4. Press the "SET" key and soon release: "MODE" led lights on again and fixed (new memorized pro-
gram). ). At this point press on the "SEL" key to select any other programming function or to exit the
programming (all leds are turned off).
Once the control board programming is ended, press repeatedly the "SEL" key until all leds are turned off.
At this point the control board is ready to receive commands.
