10) When the upper cylinder bushings have been removed
from the power trim/tilt assembly, apply marine grease to
the new upper cylinder bushings and install them on the

upper joint metal.

11) Set the upper joint metal of the power trim/tilt assembly on
the swivel case assembly.

Apply marine grease to the outer surface of the upper
cylinder pin. Insert the upper cylinder pin into the swivel

case assembly and secure it with the 10 mm E-rings as
shown.

12) Install the trim angle sensor using the two 6 x 20 mm flange

bolts.
