5) Open the harness band clip that clamps the tube B.
Replace the harness band clip with a new one on
reassembly.

Remove the tube B and disconnect the three power tilt

switch connectors [Power trim/tilt type only].
Disconnect the two emergency stop switch connectors.

6) Remove the harness band clip that clamps the 40 mm cord

tube from the connector bracket as shown.

7) Remove the switch clip from the emergency stop switch.

Remove the 16 mm hex nut from the emergency stop
switch, and push the emergency stop switch into the
19
housing.
20 8) Remove the nut from the combination switch, and push the
combination switch into the housing.
