OPERATION
Launch Bag is a floating launch bag for use in water. Product is intended for use only when
properly connected to specific Aquaglide feature items such as trampolines, bouncers and
Spires. Product is intended for use by two users; a 'launcher' and a 'jumper.' Users launch
one another from the product using the force of gravity and air pressure inside the item.
Terms: "Launcher" = User who crawls carefully to outward end of bag and sits directly
between handles with feet facing outward, prepared to launch into the air. Ideally this
person is smaller than Jumper.
"Jumper" = Once Launcher is in correct position, Jumper is the user who jumps onto
inward end of bag to propel Launcher into the air. Ideally this person is larger than
Launcher.
Tips for best use:
Launcher position is critical. Sit directly between handles. Sitting too far forward results in
low launches. Sitting too far back results in launches without forward projection, potentially
causing collision with Jumper.
E
Jumper landing zone is also critical. Jumper
should aim to plant their butt directly over end
of wedge, approximately 3ft (1m) from inward
end of bag. Landing in center of bag yields
poor results and may cause collision with
Launcher. Jumper should land in sideways
sitting position. Landing on feet, front, or with
legs split results in sub-standard launches.
See E.
Disperse loads: Do not concentrate more than 300lb (136kg) in any one area during use.
Manage Winds/ Storms: If strong winds (25kts +) or storms are expected, discontinue
use. Remove product from water and secure or store it.
Check Connections: Regularly check to confirm that all connections are secure. Replace
any connecting straps showing any signs of wear.
Clean & Maintain: Regularly check to confirm product is clean and all handles &
accessories are functioning properly. Each site requires its own cleaning/ maintenance
schedule, but regular cleaning and periodic maintenance is required to ensure full product
life. Replace any handles or accessories showing signs of wear.
Check Moorings: Regularly check mooring lines and anchors, especially after extreme
conditions. Replace any items showing signs of wear or permanent stretching.
