Notes on the high-pressure filter

(diagram 2, item 1)
This is suitable as a fine filter, respectively co-ordinated
with the tip that is used.
Attention: do not use filter insert and filter support in
the high-pressure filter when spraying filler-loaded
coating materials.
Choice of filter insert
For tip bores less than 0.38 mm / 015
Mesh size 0.16 mm- 100 mesh
For tip bores between 0.38 mm / 015
and 0.66 mm / 026
Mesh size 0.32 mm - 50 mesh
(standard equipment)

Switch off unit and release the pressure in the unit
when working on the high-pressure filter.
Attention:
Never unscrew the filter housing while still underpressu-
re if the high pressure filter is blocked. Correct
procedure:

1. Switch off unit.
2. Remove mains plug from the socket.
3. Release the safety unit on the spray gun and
open trigger.
4. Open relief valve (2).
5. Unscrew the filter housing.
6. Clean or replace filter insert
