ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.-
1.-
The assistance of a second
person
is
advisable
assembly work.
Take the unit out of its box and make
sure that all of the pieces are there

2.- FITTING THE STABILISER
BARS.-
Take the front stabiliser bar with wheels
(57) and position it so that the two red
dots (X) line up, as shown in Fig.2,
insert the bolts (90) spring washer M8
(91) with the flat washers (92), tighten
securely.
Take the rear stabiliser with adjustable
feet (65), position it on the machine's
rear stand fitting and insert the bolts (90)
spring
washer (91)
washers (92), tighten securely Fig.3.
3.- INSTRUCTIONS FOR FITTING
THE SADDLE.-
In order to raise or lower the saddle post
(72), Fig.4, fi rst loosen off the control
for
Right
pedal;
book
rest;
with the flat
knob (2) on the saddle post a little by
turning it in an anticlockwise direction,
pull the control knob back and without
the
releasing it, move the saddle post up or
down.
Next, take the horizontal tube for the
saddle (73) and attach the saddle (75)
to it, Fig.5, tighten the nuts (Z). Now
take the knob (74) off the horizontal
saddle tube (73), as shown in Fig.6, and
place the horizontal tube on the saddle
post (72) lining up the hole with the nut
on the horizontal tube, insert the knob
(52)
(74) and tighten, Fig.7.
VERTICAL ADJUSTMENT.-
In order to raise or lower the saddle
post, first loosen off the control knob (2)
(78)
on the saddle post a little by turning it in
an anticlockwise direction, pull the
control knob back and without releasing
it, move the saddle post up or down,
Fig.4.
When it is at the right height release the
knob and it will lock into a hole on the
saddle post. Tighten it up by turning the
control knob (2) in a clockwise direction.
HORIZONTAL ADJUSTMENT.-
To
adjust
position, loosen the control knob (74) on
the saddle's horizontal bar and move
the saddle, along with the bar, into the
desired position, then tighten the control
knob securely, Fig.8.
TILTING THE SADDLE.-
The saddle can be tilted backward or
forward. Loosen off nut (Z) shown in
Fig.6, located under the saddle, tilt the
saddle into the desired position and then
retighten the nut securely. Do not adjust
the tilt of the saddle while you are still
sitting on it.
