ASSEMBLING THE STAND

• Place the stand (Ref. A) on a flat surface.
• Remove the screws (Ref. S+V+X) in the stand
(Pic.2).
• Using the screw shown in Pic.2, fit the unit
support (Rif. F) on the respective frame (Pic. 3).
Use the correct tightening force, otherwise the
unit support will be prevented from turning.

UNIT INSTALLATION

• To place the resistance unit (Ref. D) on the
support (Ref. F), please use the M6x40 screws
(Ref. B) and the M6 washers (Ref. C) as shown in
picture 4.
ATTENTION: there are two pairs of holes in
the base of the support; use the various holes
according to the bicycle wheel:
1) for wheels ≥ 24" ÷ ≤ 26", front pair of holes
(Fig.5);
2) for wheels ≥ 28", rear pair of holes (Pic.6).
• Depending on the wheel, tighten the M6 screws
(Pic. 7 and Pic. 8).
• Use only the supplied spanner. Once resistance
unit and support come into contact, rotate the
screw up to ¼ of a turn (max 2Nm).
• For bicycles with wheels larger than 28" it is
necessary to operates on the frame, changing
the plug of the front upright with the oversize
plugs provided (Ref. E). These differ for the stand
opening angle.
ATTENTION
This operation must be carried out with the unit
removed from the support.

• Remove the screw from both front upright (Pic.9
and Pic.10).
• Remove the plug, using a screwdriver if
necessary (Pic.11). Insert it inside the seat
specially created in the plug and prise, pushing
the screwdriver downward and the plug upward.
• Repeat the same operation also for the other
plug.
• Fit the plugs for wheels larger than 28" (Ref. E),
using a rubber hammer if necessary (Pic. 12).
• Reposition the tubes with respective screws
(Pic. 10 and Pic. 9).
• Make sure the quick release of the bicycle rear
wheel is properly fixed.
• Turn the lever (Ref. W) to the "OPEN" position
(Pic.13).
• Put the bicycle in position, inserting the left
end of the rear quick release in the left bushing
(Pic.14). For safer clamping of the bicycle on the
stand, make sure the lever of the quick release is
horizontal (Pic.15).
• Close the lever (Ref. W), making sure it starts
pressing the quick release inside the predefined
work area; between 55° and 65° (Pic.16).
• If the lever (Ref. W) starts pressing the quick
release in the advanced work position (Pic. 17),
screw the right bushing pin (Ref. Y) (Pic. 18) so
that the lever (Ref.W) starts working inside the
predefined work area (between 55° and 65°)
(Pic.16).
• If the lever (Ref. W) starts pressing the quick
release in the delayed work position (Pic.19),
unscrew the right (Ref.Y) bushing pin (Fig. 20) so
that the lever starts working inside the predefined
work area (between 55° and 65°) (Pic.16).
• Close the lever (Ref. W) in the "CLOSE" position,
pushing it only with the palm of the hand (Pic. 21)
and taking care not to put fingers between the
