Solution
Contact FRACARRO technical sup-
port.
Check the aerial connection
Check the input settings.
Check the setting of video standard
on RCA output
Check the proper placement and
appropriate use of CAM and its
smart-card
Check the RF signal level using a
field meter
Check the firmware and compatibil-
ity of used CAM
Select only program MPEG-2 com-
pressed, or install also a New Head-
line module SIG7120 (TS-COFDM
modulator) to distribute MPEG-4
program.
Check the technical specification
of the CAM manufacturer to know
the maximum number of channel
that can be decrypted. Delete the
desired number of channel to add
other different channels. It is pos-
sible to add another receiver to the
headend.
The maximum number of channels
to be decrypted and supported
by the SIG7540 module has been
reached.
Check with Field Analyzer the digi-
tal characteristics of the multiplex
After INPUT settings, wait couple
of seconds before correct SERVICE
LIST availability
The output video format can be
modified only if a channel with 16/9
format is present at the input. Oth-
erwise, the output format will be the
same as the input format.
Make sure that the Smart Card is
present and correctly inserted in
the CAM
