necessary to scan the headend to update the addresses of all module in the rack, otherwise disconnect and re-
connect the TPE from the headend to do the automatic scanning.

The function copies the following parameters: input frequency, bandwidth, country, priority, TS OUT sta-
tus and all of the section relevant to the RCA output; the channel list that must be decrypted by the CAM
and Smart Card will not be copied.
