This unit is not recognised by
a computer.
The file name of the recorded
file or recording date and time
information differ from the real
date and time.
• If read-only MP3 music files are transferred from the computer or subfolders are
created in "MUSIC" folder, these files and subfolders cannot be deleted on this
unit. Delete them on the computer. ( ➜ page 31)
• Play the file up to the position where you want to divide it, and then press
[g STOP/RETURN]. ( ➜ page 26)
• Is there remaining recording time? ( ➜ page 12)
• 199 recorded files (maximum recordable number) may be present in the folder.
If the folder contains 199 recorded files, dividing a file is not possible.
• Is the recording time for the file too short? A file length of less than approx. 2
seconds cannot be divided.
• Connect this unit with the computer properly. ( ➜ page 31)
• Disconnect this unit from the computer and connect it again.
• The OS on the computer may not be compliant with this unit. ( ➜ page 30)
• Set the time. ( ➜ page 9)
