Assembly Instructions
Before beginning assembly,
recommendations and safety instructions.
Step 1:
Installation of the left support (5) and the right support (4) on the
foot (27) with the screws M8x50 (16), the washers 8//16 (25) and the
cap nuts M8 (26).
1. Place the screws (16), the washers (25) and the nuts (26) accessibly
beside the foot (27).
2. Place the left support (5) on the foot and align so that the hole patterns
in the foot are aligned.
(Note: The transport rollers (41) pre-assembled in the foot (27) must
point backwards (opposite to the line of sight when standing on the
machine during training. Right and left are specified as viewed standing
on the machine during training.)
3. Push one screw (16) through each hole.
4. Put a washer (25) on the end of each screw (16) and screw on a nut
(26).
5. Proceed as described in 1. – 4. with the right support (4) on the
right hand side of the foot (27).
Step 2:
Installation of the pre-assembled main frame unit (1) on the left (5)
and right (4) supports with the screws M10x85 (23), the washers 10/
/20 (29) and the cover caps (15).
1. Place the screws (23), two washers (29) and the cover caps (15)
accessibly beside the foot (27).
2. Lay the main frame unit (1) between the supports (4) and 85) and align
so that the hole patterns in the main frame and the supports are
aligned.
(Note: You should ask a second person to hold the main frame unit (1)
or support it with a suitable object to perform the following steps of
assembly.)
3. Place a washer (29) on each screw (23) and then push the screws
through the holes in the supports (4) and 85) and tighten firmly.
4. Push a cover cap (15) onto the ends of each screw (23).
5. For the next steps of assembly, please loosen the screws (20) and
remove the panelling (3).
Step 3:
Assembly of resistance setting with cable pull/control of supporting
pipe to right (9) on the base frame (1) and on the cable control receiver
(45).
1. Insert the rope control in the receiver of the base frame (1) and hand
the cable control in the cable control receiver (45). Secure the position
of the cable control (9) by rotating the nut at the end of the cable control
in the indicated arrow direction.
2. Engage the end of the cable (9) in the cable holder (45).
3. Replace the panelling (3) removed in step 2 and secure with the
screws (20).
