If the alarm signal is emitted, press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" (1) button on the upper side of the pro-

e) stopping the alarm signal
When a signal is emitted at the set alarm time, it may be stopped by pressing the "ALARM" (5)
button briefly.
If no button is pressed, the alarm signal stops automatically after 2 minutes.
deleting maX/min Values

Briefly press the "MAX/MIN" (8) button to switch between the maximum values (the display
shows "MAX"), the minimum values ("MIN") and the current measured values.

To delete the saved maximum and minimum values, hold the "MAX/MIN" (8) button pressed
for at least 3 seconds.
seleCting the sensor Channels

Briefly press the "▲" (6) button to switch between the three channels for the outdoor sensors.
The respective channel number is displayed on the left of the displayed measured values
of the outdoor sensor.

For all the channels to be displayed one after the other automatically (for 3 seconds each),
hold the "▲" (6) button pressed (approx. 3 seconds) till an audio signal is heard. Then, release
the button again.
To end the Automatic mode, press the "▲" (6) button briefly.
aCtiVating displaY light / projeCtion
Press the "SNOOZE/LIGHT" (1) button briefly to activate the display light for a few seconds, it then
goes off automatically again (in the battery mode, the projector is also activated briefly).
temperature trend indiCator
The projection clock displays the temperature trend via a graphical symbol just to the right of the
indoor and outdoor temperature respectively.

Cleaning and maintenanCe
The product is maintenance-free for you; you should never dismantle it (except for inserting/
replacing the batteries as described in these operating instructions).
To clean the exterior of the projection clock, a dry, soft and clean cloth is sufficient.
Do not press too hard on the display of the projection clock, this may cause scratches or the dis-
play to malfunction; furthermore, the display might break.
Remove dust on the projection clock or projector lens with a long-haired, soft and clean brush
and a vacuum cleaner.
Use a slightly damp soft cloth to remove dirt from the outdoor sensor.
Do not use abrasive cleaning agents, cleaning alcohol or other chemical solutions, since these
could damage (discolouring) the housing or even impair operation .

a) product
Electronic devices are recyclable waste materials and must not be disposed of in the
household waste!
Please dispose of the device, when it is no longer of use, according to the current statu-
tory requirements.
Remove any inserted battery/rechargeable battery and dispose of it separately from the
product.
b) batteries and rechargeable batteries
As end user, you are legally obliged (Battery Regulation) to return used batteries and rechargeable
batteries. Do not dispose of used batteries in the household waste!
Batteries/rechargeable batteries containing hazardous materials are labelled with these
symbols to indicate that disposal in the domestic waste is forbidden. The symbols for the
relevant heavy metals are: Cd=Cadmium, Hg=Mercury, Pb=Lead (the description is writ-
ten on the battery / rechargeable battery e.g. below the dustbin symbols).
You can dispose of your used batteries/rechargeable batteries free of charge at your community's
collection point or any place where batteries/rechargeable batteries are sold!
You thereby fulfil your statutory obligations and contribute to the protection of the environment.

The transmission range of the radio signals between the outdoor sensor and the projection clock
is up to 30 m under optimum conditions.
This range specifications refer to the so-called "free-field range."
However, this ideal arrangement (e.g. projection clock and outdoor sensor on a plain, even meadow
without trees, houses, etc.) never exists in practice.
Usually, the projection clock is placed inside a house and the outside sensor is placed e.g. under
a carport or at a window.
Due to the different influences on the radio transmission, no specific range can be guaranteed.
However, trouble-free operation is usually possible in a single family house. When the projection
clock doesn't receive any data from the outdoor sensor (despite new batteries), reduce the dis-
tance between outdoor sensor and weather station, change the installation site.
The range can sometimes be limited considerably by:

Coated/vapour-deposited insulating glass panes, aluminium windows

Trees, bushes, earth, rocks

Proximity to metallic & conductive objects (e.g. heating elements)
