Cause
I cannot hear the sound from the TV via the streamer
Devices are not on
Cables not plugged

Possible remedy
Turn on devices
Repeat steps 2 and 3
Make sure TV is not muted
Select a 75% volume level on
the TV
Make sure the audio cable
uses an "out" port
Indicated by blue blinking

button will resume streaming
Bring devices closer to each
other, 30 m (100 ft) is the
maximum in line of sight
To avoid streaming

receiver or set-top box
Adjust the volume using the
streamer volume buttons
Choose another audio output
on your TV such as optical,
coaxial or RCA/Cinch
