Troubleshooting
 Check all the cable connections for damage,
ensure the correct cables have been used and
check that the Bluetooth® connection is active.
 Check that all the connected devices have an
adequate electricity supply.
 Check the volume setting on the output device.
If necessary, increase the volume.
 Change the position of the soundbar to avoid
disruptive external influences.
 Move the objects responsible for the distortion
(mobile phone or similar) away from the device.
 Check if the subwoofer is connected to the
soundbar and, if necessary, connect the devices
manually.
