P16 - Interval 1-4: This program improves your
muscle intensity, strength and endurance and trains
your heart and other peripheral muscles by increasing
and decreasing your speed during training. You can
change the speed according to your personal training
intensity and the machine calculates the corresponding
speed change. Intensity training at different speeds is
available under the same program.
P17 - Interval 1-2: This program improves your

the speed and incline to your physical condition at any
