Digital inputs

type
characteristics
terminal block
cable cross-section
Note:
• Separate as much as possible the signal cables from the cables carrying inductive loads and power cables to avoid possible
electromagnetic disturbance.
• If the product is installed in industrial environments (application of the EN 61326 standard), the length of the input connections must be
less than 30 m.
• Use a pair of cables for each digital input.
• Switching time 400 ms.

Analogue outputs

type
Y1 and Y2: 0 to 10 Vdc
Maximum load
1 kOhm (10 mA)
resolution
8 bit
precision
± 3 %
Note:
• Separate as much as possible the signal cables from the cables carrying inductive loads and power cables to avoid possible
electromagnetic disturbance.
• If the product is installed in industrial environments (application of the EN 61326 standard), the length of the output connections must
be less than 30 m.

Digital outputs

type
3 SPST-NO relays (OUT1, OUT2, OUT3) 6 A(4)/250 Vac with voltage-free contacts; 2 SPST-NO relays (OUT4,
OUT5) 12A(2)/250 Vac with voltage-free contacts; 1 SPST-NO relay (OUT6) 12A(10)/250 Vac with voltage-free
contacts; 2 SPDT relays (OUT7, OUT8) 6 A(4)/250 Vac with voltage-free contacts.
terminal block
male/female plug-in connectors, 5 mm pitch
cable cross-section
up to 6 A, min. 1.5 mm
Note
• The digital outputs have a reinforced insulation from the rest of the board.
• The insulation between the various relays are specifi ed as follows:
- Insulation between outputs OUT1 - OUT2 Basic;
- Insulation between outputs OUT2 - OUT3 Basic;
- Insulation between outputs OUT3 - OUT4 Basic;
- Insulation between outputs OUT4 - OUT5 Basic;
- Insulation between outputs OUT5 - OUT6 Basic;
- Insulation between outputs OUT6 - OUT7 Reinforced;
- Insulation between outputs OUT7 - OUT8 Reinforced;
• Loads at different voltages (less than 230 Vac) can be connected to each relay output, as long as the insulation between the relay
outputs at different voltages is reinforced; while the loads connected must have the same voltage if the insulation is basic.
• If the product is installed in industrial environments (application of the EN 61326 standard), the length of the output connections must
be less than 30 m.
• For the wiring on the terminals of digital outputs OUT4 (12 A(2)), OUT5 (12 A(2)), and OUT6 (12 A(10)), the cables used must be
rated to 105 °C.
ON/OFF valve outputs
type
1 SSR max.200 mA min.10 mA with output possibilities: 230 Vac (terminals N, VAC)
protection
internal fuse (5 x 20, 250 V, 250 mA, T)
terminal block
male/female plug-in connectors, 5 mm pitch
cable cross-section
min. 1.5 mm
Note:
• Do not use both outputs at the same time.
• If the fuse on the SSR output blows, replace it with the same type (5 x 20, 250 V, 250 mA, T).
• If the product is installed in industrial environments (application of the EN 61326 standard), the length of the output connections must
be less than 30 m.
• Do not connect the ON/OFF valve and the E
