Fix the backplate to the wall where you want to place it by fixing it to the wall with the pro-
vided screws.
- Be sure not to bend the backplate while attaching it to the wall. A bent backplate may affect
the proper setup for the thermostat.
- Install product secure to the wall or electrical box to prevent gaps between the back plate
and thermostat.

The Thermostat cable can be set in one of three positions.
- Setup directions: back, top, or right
- Remove the cable guide groove if installing for top or right side cable connection.
h Remove guide groove with long nose pliers.

③ Right side guide groove
