Nel caso necessitasse la sostituzione degli ingra-
naggi, procedere come segue.
• Togliere la vite (A).
• Estrarre il corpo rotante del distributore (B).
• Togliere le quattro viti (C) ed estrarre il piatto in
nylon.
• Estrarre l'intermittore (D) e togliere le boccole (E).
• Togliere la vite (F) posta all'interno del foro e con un
estrattore sfilare l'ingranaggio (Z30), situato nell'al-
loggiamento (G), quindi togliere le viti (h) e sfilare
gli ingranaggi (I). A questo punto rimuovere il see-
ger (l) e con uno spintore, tramite il foro (M), fare
uscire l'ingranaggio (Z15).
• Togliere il grasso lubrificante all'interno della scato-
la ingranaggi e pulire bene, quindi montare il nuovo
ingranaggio (Z15), rimontare l'ingranaggio (Z30),
facendo attenzione che i fori delle boccole (E) sia-
no in asse con l'ingranaggio (Z15) e che lo spinotto
laterale di quest'ultimo sia posizionato sulle ore 9.
• Fissare l'ingranaggio (Z30) tramite la vite (F) e ri-
montare le boccole (E), quindi rimontare gli ingra-
naggi (I) con entrambi i fori a ore 9.00, come indi-
cato in figura.
• Tramite l'ingrassatore (N) rimettere nuovo grasso
all'interno della scatola ingranaggi.
nel rimontaggio del piatto in nylon, verificare che que-
sto sia il più aderente possibile al fondo del distributore
rotante regolando lo spazio tramite le viti (C).

REPlACEMENT
If the replacement of the gears is necessary, pro-
ceed as follows.
• Remove the screw (A).
• Take out the rotary unit from the drum (B).
• Remove the four screws (C) and remove the nylon
plate.
• Remove the intermittent (D) and take out the bush-
ings (E).
• Remove the screw (F) placed inside the hole and
extract the gear (Z30) placed inside the housing
(G) by means of an extractor, after that remove the
screws (h) and take out the gears (I). At this stage
remove the snap ring (l) and let the gear come
(Z15) out through the hole (M).
• Remove the grease inside the gear box and clean
accurately, then mount the new gear (Z15), reposi-
tion the gear (Z30), taking care that the holes of the
bushings (E) are along the axis with the gear (Z15)
and that its side pin is pointed at 9 o'clock.
• Fasten the gear (Z30) by means of the screw (F)
and reposition the bushings (E), after that reposition
the gears (I) with both holes pointed at 9 o'clock, as
indicated in the picture.
• Lubricate again with grease (N) inside the gear box.
• When repositioning the nylon disc, take care that it
stick as much as possible to the rotary drum bottom
adjusting the space by means of the screws (C).
