Le eventuali modifiche vanno richieste
direttamente alla Ditta costruttrice spe-
cificando tutti i dati caratteristici della
macchina e le motivazioni; in caso di
approvazione, devono essere eseguite solo da
personale autorizzato dalla Ditta Costruttrice e
su precise indicazioni della Stessa.
Per ogni operazione da eseguire sulla macchina si fa
riferimento ai livelli di qualifica descritti di seguito, per
individuare il personale abilitato a svolgerla.
COllAUDO
Premesso che:
1) La macchina è stata costruita sotto stretta sorve-
glianza di personale qualificato, provata e collau-
data, con l'intento di eliminare ogni possibile "ne-
gligenza" nel corso della costruzione.
2) Le operazioni di collaudo sono state eseguite si-
mulando normali cicli e situazioni d'impiego della
macchina.
DURANTE I COllAUDI NUllA È RISUlTATO
DIFETTOSO.
3) La macchina è stata progettata tenendo presente
le attuali norme di sicurezza ed è stata realizzata
su questa base.
Si precisa che:
La macchina è provvista d'etichette cautelative
d'avvertenza che debbono essere scrupolosamente
osservate onde evitare danni alle persone.
Si raccomanda di mantenere le targhette
ed i simboli di pericolo sempre puliti ed
in buono stato; se deteriorati andranno
sostituiti con altri originali conformi alla
DIRETTIVA 92/58 CEE. I nuovi simboli vanno ap-
plicati nella posizione di quelli sostituiti.

Any possible modifications must be
requested directly from Manufacturer
specifying all the characteristic machi-
ne data and reasons; if approved, they
must be carried out only by persons authorized
by Manufacturer and according to the precise in-
structions of the same.
For all operations carried out on the machine, refer
to the qualification levels described below, in order to
identify the personnel enabled to carry them out.
TESTING
Premise:
1) The machine has been built under the close supervi-
sion of qualified personnel and has been inspected
and tested with the aim of eliminating any possible
"carelessness" during the course of its construction.
2) The testing operations were carried by simulating
normal machine work cycles and situations.
DURING ThE TESTING, NOThING WAS FOUND
TO BE FAUlTy.
3) The machine has been designed and built in ac-
cordance with current safety standards.
NB:
The machine is provided with warning labels with must
be scrupulously followed in order to prevent injury to
persons.
The nameplates and danger signs must
always be kept clean and in good condi-
tion; if deteriorated they must be repla-
ced with others conforming to directive
92/58 CEE. The new symbols must be placed in
the same position as those replaced.
